Who to Nominate

Nominate a deserving and devoted volunteer for their outstanding service in Alachua County in 2011. The volunteer must serve in Alachua County. The Work of Heart Awards will be given to those who have provided the best examples of volunteerism in our community.

How to Nominate

Fill out the nomination form online and submit it by March 2. 2012.

Event Date, Time, & Tickets

The 40th Annual Work of Heart Volunteer Awards Ceremony/Dinner will take place on Thursday, April 24, 2012.

Tickets are $30 to attend the event. Tickets can be purchased starting Monday, March 14. The deadline for tickets is Monday, March 12. Tickets can be purchased by calling Courtney Quirie at 352-692-5170 or by emailing caquirie@@havenhospice.org
